In the Level 1 workshop, you will learn how to:

  2. Simple reflexology and acupressure to manage stress, pain and common illnesses.
  3. Basic herbs to improve health. Improve productivity and quality at work through positive thinking.
  4. Yin and Yang of food-cure and use of herbs and flowers for beauty and health
  5. East meets West anti-aging techniques
  6. Reduce stress which could lead to insomnia

Level 2 Workshop on 24th Jan 2010
In the Level 2 workshop, you will learn how to:
  1. Relieve chronic neck and shoulder pain (using the 5 elements Kwa Sa Technique)
  2. Remove dark eye circles and eye bags (using face Kwa Sa and oil massage)
  3. Kidney Qi Breathing Exercise and Crystal Color Therapy
  4. Simple Chemical Free Skin Care method for radiant skin from within
  5. Slimming Detox Acupressure points and Massage methods
  6. Head Massage with Kwa Sa method to remove headaches and migraines
  7. Cook a special herbal soup for beauty, introducted by a popular weekly writer for "Mom's Cooking"

Bryan Gan, founder of OmHealth ACMA Institute, is a certified aroma therapist, crystal-color therapist, psychology affirmation and Dance and music therapy practitioner. Bryan has been championing the use of traditional herbs, aroma, music for health, to prevent illnesses and to relieve body aches.
