Objectives are:
  1. To reduce mental and physical stress in a natural way music and body movement
  2. To experience the art of self acupressure, DIY method to overcome common illnesses
  3. To learn basic herbs to improve health and improve working attitude, productivity and quality at work through positive thinking in a fun way
  4. To learn the Yin and Yang of food-cure and the use of Herbs and flowers for beauty and health
  5. Learn East Meets West anti-aging technique ( dark eye circle, wrinkles, dull skin, Hair loss etc)
  6. Reduce stress which could lead to insomnia, depression, back pain, headache, migraine, indigestion, chronic fatigue
  7. Come and learn simple ways of releasing your physical and mental stress through aromatherapy, acupressure, breathing and aroma reflexology techniques.

In this fun and relaxing workshop, you will learn:

  2. Simple reflexology and acupressure to manage stress and pain
  3. Beauty and health tips of China's Royal Family dated as far as 1000 years ago
  4. Power of aromatherapy oil used in managing mental and physical stress
  5. Some of the techniques passed down by ancient Emperors of China
  6. Uncover TCM secrets on how to apply yin/yang principles in making herbal tea, balancing of your body's needs and to cure common ailments
  7. Right acupressure to relieve different common illnesses such as neck shoulder pain, back pain and headaches
  8. Office pantry DIY herbal tea
  9. Simple body movement dance with laughter and music, fun and relaxing

    Bryan Gan, founder of OmHealth ACMA Institute, is a certified aroma therapist, crystal-color therapist, psychology affirmation and Dance and music therapy practitioner. Bryan has been championing the use of traditional herbs, aroma, music for health, to prevent illnesses and to relieve body aches. He has helped many corporate staff in reducing work-related stress, various DIY methods to improve health, stimulating positive thinking and boosting one's morale.
