ABOUT KARMA PAKSHI

It is said that Karmapas are the manifestations of the great Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, the living embodiment of the compassion of all Buddhas of ten directions and three times. They essentially inherit the dynamic legacy of enlightenment activity of Avalokitesvara. They would liberate sentient beings through seeing, hearing, recollecting and being aware of him.”

Karma Pakshi is well known for his great compassion and miraculous powers. He had received teachings from Pomdrakpa. In addition, he had received many Nyingma transmissions from his father who was a great yogi of Nyingma lineage. After receiving transmissions of all old and new teachings, he completely realized and his accomplishments were well known in Tibet and elsewhere.
